Active Day offers Adult Day Health Services in four distinct lines of business: Adult Daycare Services - Services designed to attend to the emotional, intellectual, physical and medical needs of the client based on the assessed level of care; Therapy Services - Services designed to increase mobility and functionality of the client through physical, occupational and speech therapy; Personal Care Assistance Services - Services in the home setting, including assistance with bathing, dressing, feeding and daily home living; & Transportation Services - Services designed to support the caregiver by providing non-emergency transportation to and from the facility or other medical appointments.
